Therapy group for beginning psychotherapists

What kind of person are you? What kind of psychologist are you?

with Olena Dremova
and Yuliia Zhelezniakova

In gestalt therapy we do not work with techniques alone.

We work with ourselves.

The kind of person I am — with my own history, feelings, strength and limitations — directly shapes the kind of psychotherapist I am and the way my practice grows.

Sometimes that supports me.

And sometimes it quietly gets in the way:

  • it is frightening to begin

  • it is hard to speak up about yourself

  • doubt, shame and tension appear

We invite you to a three-hour online therapy group for psychologists and psychotherapists.

WHAT IS THIS GROUP ABOUT?

  • the link between the personal and the professional

  • my strengths and my limitations as a therapist

  • the feelings I work with and the ones I carry into therapy

  • how that affects my practice

This is not a training course and not a study programme.

It is a space of living contact and awareness.

If this speaks to you, join us — so that together with others who care about professional growth you can find your own way to succeed in this important field.

WHO IS THIS GROUP FOR?

  • For those who are only starting to practise.

  • For those who already work but often feel unsure.

  • For those who are afraid of «not being able to bear it», «making a mistake», «not being enough».

  • And for those who want to stay a living human being rather than become the function called «psychotherapist».

FORMAT:

  • Tuesdays

  • Time: 19:00–22:00

  • Place: Zoom, so you can take part comfortably from any city

  • 10 meetings.

START OF THE GROUP:

  • 7 April 2026

SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS:

  • 7, 14, 21, 28 April 2026

  • 5, 12, 19, 26 May 2026

  • 2, 9 June 2026
