A group is not a bigger session

It is a different field: a different dynamic of contact, a different position for the therapist, different phenomena that have to be worked with at the level of several people and the field between them at once.

Without separate training for this, therapists usually either avoid the group format, leaving that territory of practice untouched — or lead groups intuitively, without field theory and without supervision.

Level 3 is the way to a third option: conscious, supervised preparation of a group leader.
