As we know, disenchantment quite often follows enchantment — that is how adult life is arranged.
Our imagination paints us the finest pictures of the life to come.
We shape our thoughts about others and even about the whole world in the form of expectations.

And then comes the experience of «non-meeting».
People interact not with one another, but with the expectations they have built up about one another.
And when they meet reality — they suffer.
They grieve, they get angry, they fight the «flaws» and the «injustice», they fall into despair in their search for happiness
and lose trust in others and in their surroundings.
And as long as we think that other people and their behaviour will change by some miracle or thanks to our efforts, it will often seem to us that «this world has gone mad».

Psychotherapy is, without doubt, a risk.
The risk of not being able to return to former childhood ideas about the world, the risk of losing the image of your former self, the risk of knowing more about yourself — knowledge you will somehow have to live with.
Acknowledging reality, seeing yourself and others as they are, makes it possible for new strength and energy to appear.
After all, until that moment these resources were being spent on expectations.
Life can bring us a great many surprises when, through the encounter with the world of people, we see the truth about ourselves and about others.
We invite you to a therapy group in which we will explore:
what irritates us so much in others,
what lies behind it,
how to handle it,
and also how distortions in the perception of oneself, the other and the world are formed (I am not OK, you are not OK, or this world is not OK).
The group is led by:
Mirabella Belilovska:
practising psychologist
certified gestalt therapist
coach
art therapist
existential and group therapist
assistant trainer of the first stages in gestalt at KIGiP
