About me: I received a thorough education in the social sciences and humanities, defended a doctoral thesis, and studied and taught psychology, pedagogy, history and sociology.

I am 48. For more than 20 years I worked at a university, combining teaching and research with psychological practice.

My credo: To be myself, to live in accord with my values, to be able to answer the challenges of life, to make decisions and to carry responsibility for them.

I like working with people who take a risk.

Who risk being open, honest, sincere, real.

I understand how hard that can be, but such courage helps you learn to be attentive to yourself, to trust your inner voice, to be aware of your needs, to restore a disturbed process of self-regulation, to adjust creatively to the world around you, and to live in accord with yourself and with other people.

I do not offer ready-made solutions; I only help you find the path that best fits your own meanings and values. My task is to help the client meet themselves, their feelings, wishes and needs, come to inner maturity and wholeness, and improve the quality of their life.
