Professional activity:

  • Practical psychologist at a state university

  • Gestalt therapist

  • Psychologist for children, adolescents and families

  • Leader of therapy and educational groups

  • Art therapist

The requests I work with:

  • parent–child relationships;

  • relationships in a couple and in a family;

  • age-related, life and personal crises;

  • questions of self-esteem and self-perception;

  • anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks;

  • psychosomatics;

  • loss and grief;

  • questions of professional identity, choosing or changing a profession;

  • procrastination;

  • difficulty in making choices;

  • the search for resources and ground to stand on;

  • coming to know yourself and the world;

  • the relationship with your own body and with food;

  • disturbances and disorders of eating behaviour.

About me and about psychology in my life: As a child I dreamed of becoming an archaeologist. I imagined how carefully, without damaging anything, I would uncover hidden treasures never seen before. After many years of working as a practical psychologist and gestalt therapist, I understand that I am doing what I dreamed of…

Above all I help people come to know themselves, discovering new facets of their personality. To learn how you in particular are made and what your needs really are. To meet the palette of your own feelings, to master them, to study them. I accompany the process by which hidden resources, creative adjustment, new choices and realisations come into the light from the depths of the soul. I accept and support, and I am there in the moments when, in your experience (in the layers of your history), you come up against pain or trauma.

As a therapist I am steady and sensitive at the same time.

So I can offer support in difficult life situations, and I can also be careful, sensitive and warm. A thorough knowledge of theory is one of the things I stand on in my work. I can formulate clearly and speak simply about complicated things. I help my clients see themselves, their life situations and their needs from different angles. And I help them find healthy and sustainable ways of meeting those needs.

I understand children and adolescents very well.

I easily translate from the «child» language into the «adult» one and back. The specialisation «Work with children, adolescents and their families» is my love and my superpower. «We all come from childhood», but it matters to make that childhood and that earlier experience not a brake but a driving force in adult life.

The positive feedback of my clients about real changes in their lives is priceless to me. I will be glad to accompany you on the journey to yourself.
