Can I start without a background in psychology?
Yes — level 1 is suitable for getting to know the method and for personal development.
Are the certificates recognised?
KIGiP programmes follow Ukrainian and international professional standards.
How do I apply for level 1?

How long does the full training take?
All four levels together take six years or more. Each level can be taken separately.
Do I need my own therapy during the training?
Yes — personal therapy and supervision are a required part of professional training.
What format are the sessions in?
In-person modules in Kyiv and online groups. The format of each group is stated in its announcement.
